Before our 1st work, I was not a happy person and had been in some deep sorrow for most of my life even when it seemed that I had normal social life, led a good lifestyle. I had much misunderstanding or questions about things happening around me in daily life.
Every single day I lived in the shadow of fearing for not being good enough, for not being loved. To make it worse, I didn’t consider myself worth loving. Meanwhile, I longed for some sort of constant blissful state and sense of fulfillment and freedom.
In 2016, the conversations started from some incidents in daily life, she led me into the details of these incidents and then into my heart.
I was afraid of showing my true self, ashamed of who I was, not allowing myself to make any mistake, chasing for a perfection that didn’t exist.
She supported me to comb through the deepest sorrow through simple expressions and conversations. Because of her, I began to have hope and to understand the happiness I longed for was an attainable reality.
It may sound very mysterious or magical and seem difficult to get but through the coaching process, I saw evidences and paths for that reality.
I learned how to be with and acknowledge my emotions, to get rid of my dis-serving beliefs, to rewrite the negative stories of my original family from being insecure and rejecting to forgiving and accepting. I no longer carried constant burdens and exhaustions. I became able to see my own value and accept both my merits and disadvantages.
If there is anyone around me who longs for a happy, loving self and life and is willing to take action to get there, I will never hesitate to recommend Shuangmin to her/him.
Of course, I still feel sad, letdown, unease and all spectrum of less desired emotions from time to time but they didn’t hold the power to stop me loving myself anymore.
I now accept and love myself unconditionally. No body and nothing could easily take away this conviction and stop me going for my dreams!
