A close of mine used to argue with me, trying to win the title of “True Overthinker” between us two.
Believe, being proud of my competitive nature I had no intention to lose in this debate.
Of course, we couldn’t open each other’s scalp and take out the brain to weight or to count the thoughts to decide who were the best overthinker.
We typed as fast as we could into chatbox.
My inner wisdom finally got hold of me,
“Why are we arguing this? Overthinking is really not something to be proud of and it causes so much pain!”
Have you ever been in this situation?
Trying to out-think your overthinking?
Ending up like a overheating CPU and was forced to shut down completely?
I was on an interview.
It’s about inner healing.
- Why your body remembers what your mind tries to forget
- How trauma is not always what happened, but how it lives inside us
- The sacred role of breath and stillness in nervous system healing
- Inner child and ancestral integration: what it means
- Why “doing the work” isn’t about fixing, but about listening
I work with high-achievers, corporate executives and business founders, who are always expected to achiever more and who always expects themselves to be better.
Often times, they burned themselves out, numbed their own nerves and ground their joy and health to dust because by giving more, they lost as much self along the way.
I believe the future of true and authentic leadership begins at our wholeness and it’s through self-healing.
